B.Waist
Take the tape around the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button. Keep the tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room. Also known as the natural waistline.

C.Hips
Take the tape around the widest part of your hips. (The tape should brush across both hipbones) Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline.

D.Shoulder to Shoulder
Take the tape from the edge of the shoulder socket to the same point on the other shoulder. (Measure across the back)

E.Shoulder to Floor
Take the tape from the top of your shoulder through the nipple to floor with the shoes you wear on that day. You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.

F.Height with Shoes
Take the tape from the top of the head through the nipple to floor with the shoes you wear on that day. You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
