At the ceremony
- Before the ceremony, helps the bride dress and get ready, and ensure that all the bridesmaids are completely ready and on time to the ceremony.
- At the start of the ceremony, adjust the bride veil and train before she stars down the aisle. You should stand next to the bride at the altar, hold the groom’s ring until the ring exchange, hold the bride bouquet until she and the groom head back down the aisle at the ceremony's end.
At the reception
- Before the reception, you’ll need to gather the bridesmaids and assist the bride with her train before the picture are taken.
- During the reception, mingle with guests and make sure that everyone is having a good time. Also, the bride may be too bombarded with family and friends to realize that she hasn't received anything to eat or drink, so make sure that her needs are tended to.
